For sale is a beautiful antique French map of the Gard department from 1882. The map is decorated with, among other things, a panorama of Alais, the coat of arms of Nîmes, and three portraits of famous French people born in the department. The map is hand-colored. A very decorative map.
Dimensions: 24 x 30 cm
Condition: the map is in good condition (= only some minor signs of age/use).
Origin: La France et ses Colonies, published in Paris by Migeon (1882)
